Tags: the Ultimate MeetingTwo weeks ago, I began working on the latest maintenance release of PartyMeister. It's not a simple task because I decided to update the underlying framework to the newest version. Many things are changing (for the better of course ;)) but there's a lot of testing to do.
There are no new features, just fixes and a few improvements - for example sortable lists and pagination.

continue reading...After some time (five years to be precise) I thought that it might be time to finally get my website up and running again.
I had a couple of ideas here and then but everytime I sat down to do the html producing, I found things too complicated or too difficult to produce so I threw it all away in the end.
After watching the winning demo at evoke 2006, I came up with a simple (and boring) design that fit's my needs.
So I coded a little blog (mostly unfinished) out of the sources of the latest PartyMeister development-branch.
Expect some updates in the next weeks, as well as some features like comments and stuff ;)
We finally decided on a logo for the Ultimate Meeting 2006.
This year, we had outside help from Donni (www.fritz-quadrata.de), one of my friends at work.

We released this at Geekcamp 2005 and it ranked 1st.
Modeling, textureing and lighting was done in Lightwave 8.5. Rendered with FPrime.
Textures are done in Photoshop.
